Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

OOTR does not offer price adjustments if merchandise purchased is subsequently on sale or offered in a promotion.

We appreciate you understanding, as we are all navigating through these uncertain times.

All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges unless extreme circumstances are deemed permissable by customer care. In the event this occurs, the customer will receive a store credit will be in the form of a coupon. Once the returned item has been received, the customer will receive an email with coupon details. Pending returned items have been received in the same condition they were sent. The coupon will be activated immediately.   

Processing returns can take up to 5-7 business days after we receive your package. Once the return is approved we will send an email notifying you that we have activated your coupon. 

Shipping

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.

Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware.  

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number. 

   

If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away.


Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
  

    

At this time On And Off The Runway Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.

 

Next day shipping is available upon request. Next Day Shipping charges start at $35. Prices may vary upon weight and shipping distance.

MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ITEMS!!!

All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.  

 

During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.    

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local
post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
